You came back! That means either my first post wasn’t too horrible to sit through or you’re one of my family members…either way, I love you. Ok so apparently I have a bigger fall decorating problem than I thought and I needed to split this tour up into 2 posts. Today I’m sharing how I decorated my living room and dining room for early fall.

Living Room Fall Decor

I wish I could take credit for the perfectly placed sleeping dog, but of course Lucy decided to just plop right down in the middle of us taking photos…it’s ok Luce, you’re the boss…just let us know if we’re in your way;)

Pumpkin pillow cover: Pottery Barn, white throw blanket: Homegoods, Silver candle holder: Pottery barn (old), Tray: Pier 1, Striped Pillow: Pier 1, Wooden “bungalow” box: the packaging to a candle I found at Homegoods…that I had to keep for obvious reasons;)

Dining Room

I’ve realized I use cake stands for everything but cake. At first those little pumpkins were looking kind of sad on their own. It needed something else in the mix. Right as I was kicking myself not not buying more decor that I don’t need, I went into the kitchen and found these 2 perfect pomegranates. I love how the colors pop and tie in the colors of the cake stand and pitcher. Sometimes “shopping your kitchen” is all you need to do:)…and now I want to put pomegranates all over my house.
